Southwestern Genuine Turquoise Necklace, Vintage, Spiney Oyster, Navajo Inlay Pendant, Crow Springs Real Turquoise
Stunning Southwestern necklace featuring coral Spiney Oyster, genuine Crow Springs American Turquoise, and black Onyx. All components are Sterling Silver.
The focal of this gorgeous asymmetrical necklace is the Native American inlay pendant cast in Sterling Silver. A limited edition inlay pendant by Master Navajo Artist, Germain Smith, comprised of Spiney Oyster, Turquoise, Onyx and Mother of Pearl. The back of the pendant is stamped "Sterling G". The inlay workmanship in this piece is incredible!
The teardrop shaped pendant measures 1/2" x 1", is set in Sterling Silver, and attached with a heavy Sterling bail.
12mm x 20mm Spiney Oyster nuggets nestled between two 2mm Sterling Silver rounds and a 6mm Onyx rondelle, vintage 12mm Turquoise nuggets from the Crow Springs mine nestled between 2 6mm Sterling Silver disc spacers and a 4mm Onyx bead are asymmetrically placed on the necklace. I selected Crow Springs Turquoise for its lighter blue shade, allowing the Turquoise in the pendant to stand out.
The necklace measures 20" (50.8 cm) without the pendant, and is finished with a Sterling Silver S clasp.
This is a glorious piece, perfect for any jewelry collection. The colors are perfect for spring, summer and fall, and the design has an updated twist on Southwest or Cowgirl Chic style.
